Understand GoodAction CRM options
Overview
GoodAction offers Nonprofit CRM inside an organization workspace and a separate full Advanced CRM experience for eligible paid subscriptions.
Where to find it
For the included contact view, open Nonprofit workspace > People & Partnerships > Contacts. Eligible organizations can choose Open CRM there to enter Advanced CRM through GoodAction sign-on.
How it works
- Nonprofit CRM: the Contacts workspace included inside the GoodAction nonprofit experience for donors, prospects, volunteers and event attendees.
- Advanced CRM: the fuller crm.goodaction.com workspace with contacts, companies, leads, pipelines and deals, tasks, activities, email, automations, reports and integrations.
- Advanced CRM can be purchased as a standalone CRM product or included as an entitlement with an eligible paid Nonprofit Suite subscription.
Important details
Always confirm the CRM workspace before editing or importing. Contact data can include personal information: collect only what is needed, avoid unnecessary exports, use permissions appropriately and follow consent requirements for email.
If something does not look right
- Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
- Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
- Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
- Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
