    Troubleshoot resource uploads

    Overview

Check creator access, your community role, the selected file and the current connection before retrying an upload.

    Where to find it

Open Social profile > Communities, select the community, and use the relevant Feed, Members, Events, Resources, Courses, Blog, Premium or Settings area. To create a community, choose Create Community from the Communities area.

    How it works

    1. Confirm the current page, signed-in profile and selected workspace.
    2. Read the visible status or validation message and correct only the identified field.
    3. Refresh once or retry once when the operation is safe and no payment outcome is uncertain.
    4. Escalate with the page, time, steps and exact visible error if the issue continues.

    Important details

Community visibility, membership permission, owner permission and Creator Access are separate checks. A person may be able to view a resource without being allowed to create one. Paid membership does not by itself grant creator tools.

If something does not look right

    1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
    2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
    3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
    4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
