    Overview

A community owner can start the Creator Access upgrade flow; review the subscription terms and selected community before checkout.

    Where to find it

Open Social profile > Communities, select the community, and use the relevant Feed, Members, Events, Resources, Courses, Blog, Premium or Settings area. To create a community, choose Create Community from the Communities area.

    How it works

    1. Open the intended community and confirm whether you are viewing it as an owner, manager or member.
    2. Check its visibility, membership and Creator Access state before using the selected feature.
    3. Complete the action in the relevant community tab and wait for its saved or published state.
    4. Return to the community view to verify that members see the intended result.

    Important details

Community visibility, membership permission, owner permission and Creator Access are separate checks. A person may be able to view a resource without being allowed to create one. Paid membership does not by itself grant creator tools.

If something does not look right

    1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
    2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
    3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
    4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
