    Manage CRM deals and opportunities

    Overview

Use deals in pipeline stages to track an opportunity, its value, ownership, status and next action.

    Where to find it

For the included contact view, open Nonprofit workspace > People & Partnerships > Contacts. Eligible organizations can choose Open CRM there to enter Advanced CRM through GoodAction sign-on.

    How it works

    1. Open the intended Advanced CRM workspace and select Pipelines.
    2. Choose or create the pipeline and confirm its stages.
    3. Create the opportunity in the correct stage with its contacts, company, value, owner and next action.
    4. Move the deal as the relationship changes and close it as won or lost only when that outcome is known.

    Important details

Always confirm the CRM workspace before editing or importing. Contact data can include personal information: collect only what is needed, avoid unnecessary exports, use permissions appropriately and follow consent requirements for email.

If something does not look right

    1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
    2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
    3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
    4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
