Use the Social dashboard

Overview

The Social dashboard is the personal workspace for Good Identity, participation, communities, connections and personal impact.

Where to find it

Open Social dashboard. If the work belongs to an organization or company, switch to Nonprofit or Enterprise instead.

How it works

Use Social for your own GoodAction participation. It is not the organization operating workspace and it is not the enterprise CSR administration workspace.

• Review your Impact Identity, badges, profile and personal impact.
• Discover people, organizations, communities, events and opportunities.
• Join or lead communities; use Chats and Connections for platform relationships.
• Volunteer, donate, attend events and review activity connected to your profile.
• Open Company Serve when your employer has made it available to you.

For nonprofit programs, fundraising, supporters, payment configuration or organization reports, switch to Nonprofit. For company administration, switch to Enterprise.

Important details

Controls are shown according to the selected workspace, role, plan and record state. If a control is missing, confirm those four conditions before treating it as a platform fault.

If something does not look right

1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
