Use Nonprofit CRM in your organization

    Overview

Every organization plan includes Nonprofit CRM inside the GoodAction organization workspace for managing its contacts.

    Where to find it

For the included contact view, open Nonprofit workspace > People & Partnerships > Contacts. Eligible organizations can choose Open CRM there to enter Advanced CRM through GoodAction sign-on.

    How it works

    1. Confirm the intended CRM workspace in the header or workspace switcher.
    2. Open the record type named in the overview and search before creating a duplicate.
    3. Enter the relationship data, owner, stage, date or audience required for the workflow.
    4. Save once and inspect the record timeline, list or report to confirm the change.

    Important details

Always confirm the CRM workspace before editing or importing. Contact data can include personal information: collect only what is needed, avoid unnecessary exports, use permissions appropriately and follow consent requirements for email.

If something does not look right

    1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
    2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
    3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
    4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
