Create a fundraising campaign
Overview
Create a campaign with a clear goal, story and supporter-facing details before sharing it.
Where to find it
Open Nonprofit workspace > Fundraising. Public donors should use the fundraiser, organization donation page or event donation option shared by the organization.
How it works
- Open Fundraising campaigns and select Create.
- Enter the required title and description, then optionally associate the fundraiser with a program.
- Select one to three categories, the campaign type, fundraising goal, currency, start date and end date.
- Add the optional target audience, donor thank-you message, notification emails, up to the displayed image limit and measurable impact metrics.
- Choose Save as Draft to continue later or Create & Publish only after payment readiness and the public preview are correct.
Important details
Fundraising and payouts become usable only after the organization payment requirements shown in the workspace are satisfied. Use truthful goals and descriptions. A donation is complete only after checkout confirmation; if the result is uncertain, check the receipt or activity before retrying.
If something does not look right
- Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
- Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
- Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
- Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
