Manage notification preferences

Overview

Review notification settings for the signed-in profile and keep only the alerts that are useful to you.

Where to find it

Open the social profile and choose the named area from Dashboard, Impact Identity, Stories, Discover, Communities, Chats, Connections, Volunteer, Donate, Events, Profile, Badges, Impact or Habits.

How it works

1. Confirm the current profile or organization in the page header.
2. Open the named setup or settings area and review the existing values.
3. Complete the required fields without sharing credentials or private payment information.
4. Save once and verify the page displays the new status.

Important details

Use GoodAction sign-in and recovery controls only. Never share passwords, recovery codes or active sessions. Profile switching changes the current workspace context; check the header before editing data.

If something does not look right

1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
