Add a Serve opportunity

Overview

Add a partner’s published event or opportunity so employees can find it in Company Serve.

Where to find it

Program admins open Enterprise. Employees who are not program admins open Company Serve. Do not use the Nonprofit Dashboard for these tasks.

How it works

1. Confirm the nonprofit is already an active partner.
2. Open Enterprise > Serve > Opportunities.
3. Add a partner’s published event or opportunity so it appears in Company Serve.
4. Review the listing, then check Company Serve or Employee view to confirm employees can see it.

Important details

Enterprise is the company Serve program. Partners are invited nonprofits. Employees register from Company Serve. Do not use nonprofit fundraising, Contacts CRM or organization billing screens as the enterprise how-to.

If something does not look right

1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
