Invite a nonprofit partner

Overview

Invite a nonprofit from Enterprise Partners so their published events and programs can appear in Company Serve.

Where to find it

Program admins open Enterprise. Employees who are not program admins open Company Serve. Do not use the Nonprofit Dashboard for these tasks.

How it works

1. Open Enterprise > Partners > Directory (Partnership requests).
2. Invite or search for the nonprofit the company wants to work with.
3. Send the invitation and wait until the partnership is active.
4. After the nonprofit is a partner, add one of their published events from Serve > Opportunities.

Important details

Enterprise is the company Serve program. Partners are invited nonprofits. Employees register from Company Serve. Do not use nonprofit fundraising, Contacts CRM or organization billing screens as the enterprise how-to.

If something does not look right

1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
