Review enterprise impact analytics

Overview

Open Impact analytics to review participation, verified hours and employee giving for the selected period.

Where to find it

Program admins open Enterprise. Employees who are not program admins open Company Serve. Do not use the Nonprofit Dashboard for these tasks.

How it works

1. Open Enterprise > Impact > Analytics.
2. Choose the reporting period you need.
3. Review participation, verified hours and employee giving for that period.
4. Use Good Reports or Goals only when you need a saved report or target, not as a substitute for the live analytics view.

Important details

Enterprise is the company Serve program. Partners are invited nonprofits. Employees register from Company Serve. Do not use nonprofit fundraising, Contacts CRM or organization billing screens as the enterprise how-to.

If something does not look right

1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
