Use the enterprise dashboard

Overview

Company program admins work in the Enterprise dashboard to run Serve, partners, people, stories and impact. Employees who are not admins use Company Serve instead.

Where to find it

Program admins open Enterprise. Employees who are not program admins open Company Serve. Do not use the Nonprofit Dashboard for these tasks.

How it works

Use Enterprise to administer the company's CSR program. Use Company Serve to participate as an employee.

• Home: participation, verified hours, employee giving, story-review and partner metrics.
• Serve: partner opportunities, campaigns, approvals and participation verification.
• Partners: nonprofit partnership requests and partner relationships.
• People: employees, roles, offices and departments.
• Stories, Impact, Community and Settings: company stories, analytics, reports, goals and program configuration.

1. Confirm Switch Profile shows the company workspace, not a nonprofit or social profile.
2. Open Enterprise for administrator work.
3. Employees open Company Serve, browse available opportunities, review requirements, then register or participate from the opportunity page.
4. A company administrator first needs an active nonprofit partner before adding that partner's published event or opportunity to Company Serve.

Important details

Enterprise is the company Serve program. Partners are invited nonprofits. Employees register from Company Serve. Do not use nonprofit fundraising, Contacts CRM or organization billing screens as the enterprise how-to.

If something does not look right

1. Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace shown in the page header.
2. Capture the page address, time and exact visible error.
3. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank details or full card data.
4. Ask GoodAction Support when the expected control remains unavailable or the saved result differs from this article.
