1. Network Settings

Open Settings. General holds the title, description, Network Type and whether the network is listed publicly.

Done when: Labels, features, roles and KPIs match how your organization works, everywhere in the network.

Overview
Rename network levels and switch features such as Events, Resources, Courses and Polls on or off.
Where to find it
Open the network workspace → Settings → Features.
How it works
- Open Settings → Features.
- Rename the levels (for example Neighborhood, District, Block Group).
- Switch tabs such as Events, Resources, Courses and Polls on or off.
- Save network configuration.
If something does not look right
- Confirm the signed-in profile and current workspace.
- Capture the page address and the exact message you see.
- Ask GoodAction Support if the control is still missing.
